When it comes to your health, your smile and your teeth we are so pleased to write and tell you, we are not the cheapest dental clinic in Belfast.

If you are looking to price compare, we will save you a bit of hassle and tell you we are not going to put an offer on next week, we are not going to throw in a buy 2 teeth get the 3rd free! lol

No seriously, we joke a bit, but we want to explain that dentistry at every clinic is indeed very different and we often get asked why do Paste not do free cosmetic consultations with a dentist!

So let us explain!

When we approach a smile makeover, a simple filling or any change to your mouth we need to be very careful to ensure that the whole system of your mouth will function, adapt and work with any intervention we make.

When we start our consultation and have discovered your desires, wishes and feeling we then move to a thorough and necessary jaw joint examination and full assessment of the jaw muscles, tooth wear patterns and gum health.

Why?

Well, in cosmetic dentistry we want to ensure that we always take a comprehensive approach and use the clues given to us by your mouth:

(a) How you arrived with the dental issues you have, the wear pattern, the broken teeth, the failing restoration or the chipped incisor!

(b) We also then want to use this information to diagnose and then plan responsive and responsible treatment, ensuring long-lasting results!

Taking this comprehensive approach, allows us to let you fully optimise your health, by learning about your own mouth and what the long-term effects of either treatment or indeed no treatment will look like!

We then will use AI technology to obtain objective data on dental caries and a 3D intra-oral scan to help you visualise your teeth and treatment plan with us!

For a full smile-makeover redesign we may have you visit for several appointments prior to starting, so that we can get your opinion on and your sign-off on specific design elements, colour changes and 3D printed casts of your teeth and what your new smile will look like, to ensure we best hit the mark!
